A. Squat Clean Thruster 3-3-3
     (no re-gripping)

B. For 10 Minutes Perform 
     Odd Minutes 20 Pull-Ups
     Even Minutes 20 Slam Ball

2012 Repeat Reebok CrossFit Champions
     Rest 2 Minutes

C.  3 Minutes Max Push-ups

a - bench press - worked up to 225lbs x3 x3
b - did not keep track, but only made it to 20 first round (strict pull ups)
c - 62 pushups

B. 130/150 Reps ( lost reps ins sets 4 & 5 of Pullups)
Boy, those slam balls are deceiving tough, they cook the forearms!
