B) 20.30 to blue block and 15lbs DB - that was horrible! (started out on ab-mat and that was apparently wishful thinking - going to have to practice those HSPU a lot more!)
80kg, 10kg pr not gonna lie I was pretty pumped, clean is def my favorite lift. Marty you had it bud it was right there, next clean day you'll have it easy.
14:00 on the WOD modded with a blue block, but then tweeked my neck on the round of 12 so switched to 40lb dbs
