I SUCK at plyo pushups, wow.
A) Practice, back is a bit sore after SweatRx. 50x5 for 3 sets then 53x3 and 60x3
B) 12 + 4 C2B Rx - stayed on the bar for every C2B, very happy about that.
A) 45 x 4
B) 9 plus 3 jump squats Rx (bad hand tears after 8 min :( )
