A) strict unweighted pull-ups - a few sets of three
Handstands trying to come off the wall
B) 16kg KB w/24" box - didn't get all of my reps in

B) got all of the reps up to round 6. Reps started to slide for rounds 7, 8 and 9

B: 16 kg KB with 24" box
a. 10lb db weighted strict chin ups
b. 20 kg KB w 24" box...last 3 sets of box jumps only got ten in...DIED
