B: 10 + 4 WB (16lbs and paralette burpees)
Happy with the T2B but winded after burpees and WB

A) more single muscle-ups (still hit and miss though). Pistols and handstand holds.

B) 14 + 4 T2B - very happy with the result, stayed steady from start to finish.
