     30 Handstand push-ups
     40 Pull-ups
     50 KBS 
     60 Sit-ups
     70 Burpees

C: Had to MOD all but KBS & Sit-ups.
Made it to 60 Burpees by 20mins.

Despite the fact that I'll be MODing many movements for awhile, nice to be back after 3 month off. @ Willie - thanks for help today

Worked on form for bars...
For WOD mod of ring rows and release push-ups...
47 burpees in 20 min...whew!

B) 17:30 - HSPU to an ab mat. Had a hard time with the HSPU today.
