     7-10 Strict Pull-Ups 

*Goal is perfect pull-ups 
 and one more then las week

C. 15 Minute AMRAP
     10 Wall Ball
     15 Push-Ups
     20 Squats

B: 8 + 11 pushups not 100% but it was between Victoria and Megan :-)

C: 6+1 Pushup MOD ( from knees)

B: with green band--7 strict pull up( on 5th one only did 6)

C: 5 plus 18 squats
