A) 35 (failed @ 40 about 5 times - too stubborn to drop to 37 or 38)

B) HS practice getting farther from wall -hopefully soon away from wall

C) 220 w 20 lb slam

A) 60kg - missed the weight twice. Thanks Mike V. For the motivation and advice to get it on the third try.

B) 235 w/30 lb slam ball.

C) tried muscle ups after the WOD. Let's leave it at that for now.
