A 65x3 I prefer front squats over back any day!
Didn't do the WOD, trying to rest up for saturday.

A: back and wrist too sore. Over did it yesterday.

B: 13:32 (did 25 box jumps between each 50 DUs) DUs were not my friend today.

A: 85x3 (wrists didn't like front squat/rack posn today)

B: Fun! For me, the challenge is get to the point where you can string 2-3 together without having to stop & re-set. Then, it's just a matter of riding the wave until you can't.
