A 70 I need to be in the corner by myself to do these.
B 4:05 w/30 although this was better than last time, I could've done way better. Gotta learn to push myself harder and not pace myself so much.
C 10 w/25 slam ball I love doing these, nothing shakes the stress of the day off like slam balls!

A: 106 (PR) 10 w/80
B: 3:40 with 35Kg (too light but got reps in to practice the movement & shoulder felt OK)
C: 10 w/30 slam ball
