A) practice -maybe something is finally clicking B) 8 plus 2 snatch rx
Open Gym: 5 thrusters @50kg EMOTM for 15 minutesA) 50 kg then a lot of practice @45kgB) 9 + 2 DB snatch @50lbs
B:11 + 12 snatches rx
