A 30!!!! My shoulders wouldn't work after yesterdays WOD. Even cleaning that weight was hard

Open Gym: 5 thrusters @50kg EMOTM for 15 minutes

A) 50 kg then a lot of practice @45kg

B) 9 + 2 DB snatch @50lbs
