A 38B I finally can do pistols!!!!! C 15 and 11 push press with 30 db. I used 1.5 pood overhead for the first time...sweet jesus!

A) 55kgx2x2 then practice @50kgB) pistols went well, no where near "Marty Pistols" :) but good for meC) 12+6 HSPU to an ab mat. Open Gym: 10 rounds of 2 muscle ups and 15 double unders then practice hang clean and jerk.
