A) 105x3x3B) 12:00 RX - my breaks were too long. First round was unbroken, probably would have been better to break it up. C) 1-2-3-4-5 strict HSPU to an ab mat (15 total reps) then 1 to the floor
A: stopped @75 back still tightB: 9:58 rx @ 16lb wall ball
