Did Fran rx first time since injury. 5:04. Slow...but happy I managed the 21 thrusters and pullups unbroken :-)
Couldn't do fran cause of my hand so did diane instead. I have never done hspu in a wod before and was moded to 2 blue blocks, but....I finished it. It took me 12:29 but finished it
