b 10:51 w/16 first 55 unbroken then tried to jeep them between 25-30

A) 60kg - a couple of singles. Watching Jacob provided good motivation.

B) yup berpees, did em.

C) 13:36 - first round of 50 then 20, a buch of 15's and two 10's at the end. Double unders were going well today, the KBS reps must have been too slow.

D) Pistol practice, then 1 set of 20 alternating.

E) 400 meter steady run with Laurie.
