C 14 and 9 push ups

B) 4 rx (kipping)

C) 14 rounds plus 3 push-ups

Round#2:
A) only 45x4
B) didn't do
C) 11 rounds plus 5 push-ups of 24" box jumps and regular push-ups (non-release)

B) 5 RX and kipping (arms were shot)
C) 14+14 BJH

Stayed for the 7 pm class, played around with 60 and 50kgs, did some HSPU to an ab mat and got 13 + 12 BJH. Did the pushups HR this time, didn't know that was the expectation the first time.
