WOD

A. Front Squat 80% Max Repsx3
    *If you got over 8 last week add 2.5-5kg

B. Max Wall Ball 
     *Then 2 more sets at 80% 
     rest 2 min between sets

C. 7 Minute AMRAP
     100M Sprint
     7 HSPU
     4 Burpees

A. 8/8/8 w/55 felt much better than last time. I think its cause I got to use my own rack! Whoohoo!
B. 41 didnt do 80% for the last set, too tired
C 4 and 1 run moded to 2 blue blocks did them kipping all unbroken so next time I should use 1 purple to get better range of motion.

C: 5 mod 35lb push press and 25lb slam balls
Can't wait to do HSPU again...

A) 8 @ 55 then 8 & 8 @ 60

B) 22 kinda gave up -paranoid about my mildly sprained thumb- then 22 for two more sets

C) 2 plus 3 burpees -HSPUs to AB mat - some strict some kipping. My pushers were not working very well today.

B: 40/32/32 - that kinda hurt !

C: 4 Rounds + 50m (HSPU to 1 block)

C) 2 plus 3 burpees to an ab mat. Did not have my HSPU's today.
