     C2B Pull up

Open Gym:

MU practice - about 5 singles and 2 doubles. They were hit and miss today.

5 rounds in about 12 Minutes of:
15 Burpees
5 Snatch @40kg

Original plan was for this to be more similar to 13.1. Maybe some day but for today this was tough enough.

(Managed 21 C2B...then every other kip was C2B...have to work on those)

A) 85kg

B) 20kg KBS about 12 to 14 per set

C) 7:19 mod pull-ups because of thumb (almost better)

B) 24kg managed at least 12, sometimes a couple more, per round.

C) 9:38 - did what I had to do to get the reps

A 75 oddly enough, it felt too easy
B 20 kilo 15 per round have I mentioned I love kbs
C 7:56 moded with pull ups. This is a vast improvment, usually im at around 10-11 mins doing these type of wods with pull ups.
