A. Snatch w/35 well I wouldn't call what I was doing a snatch, more like a snlean combined with a jerk?
B 161 reps with 16 wallball and 30 snatch. Loved the wod! Thanks for the motivation Laurie!

A: Practice with 50, few reps w/ 55 but form went sideways, then dropped back to 50.

B: 20 rounds + 1 WB for 181 reps @50 .

B) 166 w 16lb WB and 30kg snatch (we except for the first one which was a narrow grip ground to overhead or something weird like that - hahshs) lots of fun today with Sue flipping cards.
