A 65 kilo 5/5/7 jay was spotting me the last set so obviously I felt i could do more! First time squatting with some weight in a month and it wasnt too bad. Can't wait to do it again
B 7:26 RX last time I did it in 10:20. Big improvement! Its because I was trying to keep up with laurie :)
