A) Round 1: 45x5 / 50x3 / 50x4 twice. Round 2: made it to 48x5

For "fun" 400 m X 4 running (intervals) - around 1:30 per interval

A 30 x5 this is the weight I did the first time I ever did strict press 1.5 years ago...wholly frustrating!

Bench press 75 lbs 5 sets of 5. I really like doing this, it felt beastly

4 x 400 meters 1 min 50 sec for the first 3 last one was 1:40

A) 35 (37 for 3, 38 for 2 and 40 for 1)

B) did them straight legged and 2nd and 3rd set false grip

C) 400m intervals instead of WOD. Hands still messed up.
