B) 24" Box with quality rebounds
C)6 rds on the nose with 20 DUs and ring pushups

B) 24" box - rebounds (if not a bit paused)

C) 6 plus 15 DUs RXish (5 ring dips - no band!)

D) run for about 20 minutes - 6 songs (2.8 kms) - this is the most I have ever run!!!

Good point about the lack of bands and foam rolls, but can we assume that due to his position as national athlete, he would recieve regular massage and manual therapy from a profesional?
