Huge shout outs to all of our competitors who stepped up yesterday.  Some crossfitters got their first taste of competition and we hope they are now addicted.  Many people hit PR's!!  (some people didn't  :( and that's okay...I guess).  Everyone had fun...even Kendall.  All of our group athletes stepped up their games as did our indies. Bryan and Sue looked as if they needed an intervention(beat up faces)...but they swear their bloody faces are from the keg press and NOT their spouses. :P    Looking strong folks!!

BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THE TRIP OUT TO SHOW SOME LOVE!!

A practiced with 35. Loved the snatch position work today, really helped
B did 5 rounds of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups & 30 squats 14:42

A - Prac up to 50kg. @ SUE - Yes, working throught the Snatch Posns was very helpful today. Slow time is needed now and then.

B: Cindy - 19 rounds + 1 pullup.

A) Practiced @50 - definitely agree today was a good day.

B) 8 rounds of Nate but with big "ish": 1 MU per round, HSPU to an ab mat and 24 kg KBS.

A) work at mostly 25kg then up to 35. I even got a "good" on one.That is a first! Maybe something is finally clicking.

B) "Nate" modded to 3 Chest/ribs to rings, 5 HSPUs (to AB mat), 7 KBS @ 1 pood (10 or 11 rounds plus 3 HSPUs)
