A used 70 felt good!
B 199 RX the 50lb DB was awful but working out with laurie made the experience much more enjoyable!

B) Mod: DU for pushups and V-Ups for Slam Ball - biceps and forearms still killing me.

A) 1st set with 80kg then last 4 with 70kg - not quite ready to be back full throttle yet

B) 189 rx - sue peer pressured me into using the 50lb DB- that was awesome!
