A) up to 35 but mostly just practice

B) 24:13 Rx ish (only 83 pull-ups before a tear)

B) 22:55 - got the pull ups done in 7 minutes, ok with that. Too slow on the pushups. Steady but not fast on the situps and ok on the squats. We'll see how things go next time.
