* Goal is perfect pull-ups 
     
C. For Time
    150 KBS 1.5/1p
    5 Burpees EMOTM

***We did this last on August 22, 2013 and January 28, 2013. Since you all keep training logs you will be able to look this up..RIIIIGHT!?!?!?!

E I stopped at 6:37 but I did the math afterwards and I only did 143 kbs. Whats my punishment?

C) 10 or 11 something. Should have followed my gut and rowed instead

C) 12:52 RX - best I could do as a snot head. Touched the pull up bar for the burpees for extra fun.
