If you like these kinds of transformation stories, watch "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" on Netflix. It has absolutely nothing to do with Crossfit (and its recommendations are pretty much antithetical to the Crossfit ethos) but if you can get past that it has 2 great stories of people changing their lifestyle and one incredibly lucky encounter between two strangers.
A) snatch practice 10x3 @54kg - surprisingly easy + light cleans 5x3
B) 16:21 RX - definitely happy with this time. The WB were tough but the squats were worse.
