A) 3 position snatch 57kg / 1 RM Snatch 65kg - both were PRs
B) 9-9-6 (24) RX a few strict, mostly kipping
C) 9:08 RX
D) KB Class: snatch, clean, and press practice, then 3 rounds of 5 double KB cleans, 5 front squats, 5 strict press, 5 cleans and 5 front squats, with a rest between rounds. Holy Crap!
