A) 5 single muscle-ups. First ones in months. First time ever I go back to them and actually get them right away.

B) Snatch practice / warm-up to 50kg

C) 7 minute AMRAP:
30 Double Unders
15 Snatch at 35 kg

4+16 DU for 196 reps (14.1 was 10 minutes and 243 reps)

Rest 8 minutes.

D) 7 minute AMRAP burpees to a target:
75 reps (12.1 was 88 reps). I'm good with 75 given what I did previously.

E) Easy pace row - 8 minutes - 1,845 meters / 123 calories.
