A) 5 x 120 kg

B) 22:09 used 30lb db & did 3 x singles instead of DU the last part, brain was totally fried, no way I could have strung together a DU.
Great WOD- hope to see it again, I need to see some improvement!!

B) 22:36 (might have been 22:46)... Either way...close enough. Used 30 lb DBs.

Have a great time in Florida! Drop into Crossfit Redline (Naples). Great little spot hidden in behind a residence, run by a bunch of guys from Naples police.

I am to Double Unders, as tits are to a bull. Useless.

A) 65-65-70 (new PB last was 60x5)

B) 21:00 used 20lb dumbbells and did 60 DU's each time...OUCH!!!

B) 17 something. I never thought I'd make it through it! Used 20lb db but did all the double unders. (Ouch.)
