Hey Charles, way to go with Barbara! I tried that back in June, my first round was 3:30 but I went downhill from there and only made it thru 3 rounds. Thanks for posting your comment, I'll take them as a reminder to give her a go again sometime soon.
As far as today...
A) having lots of trouble with form, got to 50 for 1. Planning to spend some time between 45 and 49 and work on that for a while.
B) Found the WOD very hard: 25 minutes at 44 kg, it was definitely my max weight.
