A) 62kg x 1 split jerk

B) 6 + 15 WB Rx-ish...pushups got a bit saggy near the end

A. 30kg x 3 push press

B. 4 + 6 Box Jumps. Could have pushed harder on the box jumps, took me a while to find a rhythm

A) 65 x 3 push press. I was lost on the push jerk, did a couple of singles at 65 then went down in weight to practice.

B) 4 + 11 wall balls. 32 inch box jumps - holy crap they were tough but fun.
