As much as I'd love to skip classes Friday, 1600-1900 would be my preference for Remembrance Day!

Hey guys i believe only the government sector has off that day. I am working all day so 4-7 pm is good for me :)

I have a remembrance day parade to go to at 11am...Friday, no class for me :(

A) 100 kg x 1

B) 4 rounds + 1 KBS (used purple band around the bar vs the rings - tough)

C) 4:15 for 100 sit ups

D) 100 burpees

A) Did a solid 105 for 1 and had some help at 110 for 1.

B) 3 + 25 KBS. I'm happy with how I did the ring dips, too slow with the kbs.

C) 100 situps: 3:03
