A. 35 no PR but it was easier than usual :)

B. Cindy fought back. Almost 12 rounds in 20 mins. Usually do that without running so i'm happy however my lungs are not ;(

A: 45kg - the Snatch mechanics feel a bit better now.

B: 4 Full Rounds + 1 Cindy & 4 Pull-ups.
Lost juice/time during the push-ups in the later rounds.
Fun WOD & almost rx'd this one.
