A) 60 kg felt pretty good (what was I thinking jumping straight to 70)

B) Rx on the DL and kipping from an ab mat: 13:08

I think I solved the puzzle of why my time was better back in March (12:02). In March I would have been grazing the mat with my head whereas now I'm all the way down to the mat each time for the kip. Hopefully this means progress on the HSPU.
