I need to have Willie do a demonstration of both GHDs and ABDoer Twist. I don't feel I have enough information to make a quality assessment on whether one is better than the other. Sue
After watching the videos I'noticed hat the GHD lacks torsion flex technology and swivel so the ABDoer it is! I would've rather had Willie demonstrate though! :) Sue
