WOD

A. Front Squat 1-1-1

B. "Bryan"
     3 rounds for time:
     400m run
     15 Deadlift 70/50kg
     30 Pull-ups

18:44 rx DL/30 pushups

I started with the pullups, got to 23 then the bar loosened from where it's attached and it rolled around while doing a pullup so I finished with nose2mat pushups.
