Are there any weird caveats with this deal, or would you say it's actually a good value?
No weird caveats, I have bought these about 4x already and have never had an issue. I also checked and the beef is all grassfed, the chicken is grain fed.

Did 35kg snatch as my hand/wrist is bugging me - 12.59
A) 45kg B) 10:10 mod 70kg deadlift instead of clean (hand problem)
A: 30kgB: 13:22 with 2 30lb dumbells and did double numbers of V-ups.
