I've had opah, ahi and smoked marlin so far. Haven't had the tuna yet...but I did get a picture or two of some freshly-caught tuna being cut. I didn't want to stick around to see it being gutted & filleted after I watched some mahimahi with the same fate. Yup, I'm a pussy.
