WOD
A. Snatch Practice
B. 20 min AMRAP
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...
continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Once you fail, continue the WOD with Push-Ups. Once you fail with push-ups, continue with squats.

@Lindsay, this would have been a great tank top before going to lulu wod. Good pump. :)
A: Frustrating practice
B: 10/18/20 Then 65 air squats the last minute
Did strict pull ups as my shoulders are sore today.
Snatch was horrible I wish I could just relax my arms
12/ 20. Got 12 pulls on round 13 dame that timmer.
@ melisa so sick had a bicep measuring contest with apples and I won. Lol.
A. As the 100 days of double-unders closes out... I might need a "100 days of snatch" to really get this to stick. Let the inappropriate comments flow from that.
B. 17, finished with pushups.
A) I second Melisa's notion on the snatch
B) 15/20
arms wont straighten for a week for sure.
Hahaha Charles.
A. Snatches are frustrating
B. 12/17/20
First time (I think) doing pullups without a band in a WOD.
A: a solid 65kg squat snatch. Far from max but happy to land it at the bottom.
B: 14 rounds pullups (pr by a full round). The rest was too disastrous to record. Good WOD idea. Never seen that one before.
