WOD

A. Snatch Practice

B. 20 min AMRAP
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Once you fail, continue the WOD  with Push-Ups. Once you fail with push-ups, continue with squats.

A. As the 100 days of double-unders closes out... I might need a "100 days of snatch" to really get this to stick. Let the inappropriate comments flow from that.

B. 17, finished with pushups.

A: a solid 65kg squat snatch. Far from max but happy to land it at the bottom.
B: 14 rounds pullups (pr by a full round). The rest was too disastrous to record. Good WOD idea. Never seen that one before.
