Message from Reebok CrossFit FirePower:

We have a few spots available for Police & FireFighters to participate in the 911 CrossFit events at Young/Dundas Square.  THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23rd from 1-4pm.  Open to all affiliate owners/trainers/members and work colleagues who want to play.  Must email me at andrea@reebokcrossfitfirepower.com to reserve a spot.  Required to have your gear. Note some police currently attending are wearing their tact uniform with vests, belts, etc.  Fire guys we'll provide the scba's.

SPECIAL NOTE:  There is open WOD time with Rich Froning/Angie Pye/Alicia Connors on Thursday Feb 23 from 10am to noon.  Come hit a workout, do your games wod, or simply meet/hang with them.

With a WOD like this I need some clarification:

A) can I show up for the 4 pm class to finish the WOD by 6?

B) does this mean we will only deadlift for 5 minutes then start the WOD?

C) is there going to be a 30 minute cap on the DU?

D) can I contract out some of the DU? Charles, how many DU can I get for 5 bucks?

LMAO!

There will be a time cap fo 20 min and the DUs will be scaled as necessary.

If you want though, you can swap the exercises, so...100 Ring Push-Ups/10 DUs. Have fun! :P
