Alright guys, click HERE for an app which is specific for each gym. Once you download the App, go to Settings on your device and type in Crossfitotown next to Gym Name. Go back to the app and you will see the Daily WOD for OTown, log your results, etc. Pretty cool!

B - 16:15 mod 50kg (will do 60 next time)

A: kipping with black band, kipping with no band (not quite there yet), HSPU to two blocks

B: 17:10 started with 40kg but switched to 35kg midway through 8. Burpees were so hard today
