A: 85kg, working on second pull, feeling better
B: Didn't count but subbed 100kg deadlift for 100kg cleans

B: no total. Really liked using a band instead of a box for pistols. Did 75 kg DL. Tried to do as many sets of 5 I could in the minute. Buzzer went everytime on my 4th set.

B. I hate HSPUs and Pistols. Argh!!! Def to need to spend more time on these. Oh and Hollow Holds. Yep, big goat day for sure!

A) 50 kg. too long since the last time I made a snatch day, now I'm failing at 55 and before I was working towards 60. A new plan, after 50 go up by 2 each week and no more. Let's see how that goes.
