A) Back Squat 170kg x1 (exhausted from earlier WOD)

B) 11:02 Rx (Finished WOD at 7:37, took awhile for farmers walk)

B) 19:58 - Rx. Finished the WOD at 14:42. I found the first set of carries to be horrendous and actually did better on the second round. Whats up with that?

It might seem strange to say I'm happy with that time but that was my first time hauling 2 pood over my head.

A) 65kg x 3 (first back squats in a couple of months or more) going to stay lower with the weights and higher with the reps for a whole

B) 22:03 Rx ish (1.5 pood but up to my forehead) finished the WOD at 13:35, how ridiculous is that - almost 10 min for the walk - that was one of most awful tasks I can remember.
