When it says Thrusters 60/45 does that mean for men, the total weight should be 60 kilograms or 60 pounds?

6 rnds even. Plyo pushups killed me.

A) Worked on my kips (no band) - slowly coming along.
HDPUs 3 sets of 3-5 with (3) sponges under my mellon

B) 8 rounds even using 30lb dumbells for Thrusters
PLY pushups are a killer - wicket WOD.

B: 6 + 5 thrusters 40kg (when I got my form right the thrusters felt like air, but those plyo PU were really tiring).
