This WOD was deceivingly difficult today. Jumping squats and running are awful! :)

A) 80x3

B) (a) 3+4 HSPU - first round was Rx then HSPU to a mat. (b) 12

C) 5 rounds of 10 raised parallette push ups

B: i) 7 mod pull ups and push ups = jelly arms
ii) 9 = jelly legs

I liked the pull ups at least :-)

A. Worked the move w/40kg ( need lots of work)

B. (i) 1 Round of HSPU, moved to pushups for next 6
(ii) 11 + 2 Squats (legs were cooked)
