A 35 PR FINALLY!!
B box jumps were a little bit of a mess but better at the rebound. Good indication of what saturday will bring.
C 4 rounds + 3 tgu w/16 did 5-3 hspu to blue and purple block. Who would have thought burpees would be a break ;)
