C) rx to 8 of the 35 box jumps and then FAIL - ouch
Did finish @ 16:00 doing step ups to 20"

C) Mr. Mod for that WOD...KBS instead of BJ and 50 DUs for each run. Tweaked my right knee yesterday, nothing serious but a bit of swelling and it didn't feel 100%....16:59.
